At Emotiva Audio Corporation, we stand behind our high-performance audio products with a 30-day risk-free trial period to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully pack the product in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the return label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping the unit back to our Tennessee facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
